These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the futsal exchange event WEDNESDAY FUTSAL and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by SPORTURE ("we," "our," or "us").

By booking, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to bookings and use made through our website, social media, reservation forms, external booking services, third-party platforms, or any other method designated by us. If you book through an external platform, the terms and conditions of that platform may take precedence where applicable.

The Services consist primarily of futsal exchange events and related services held mainly in Tokyo for Japanese working adults, foreign residents in Japan, and other participants interested in international exchange and community building.

The Services may include:

1. 1. futsal games or practice sessions;
2. 2. opportunities for interaction among participants; and
3. 3. related programs, guidance, or ancillary services for sports and international exchange purposes.

The duration, content, venue, participant capacity, and other event details shall be as stated on our website, application page, or event announcement page.

We may change the event content, venue, start time, end time, or other details without prior notice due to weather, venue circumstances, safety considerations, number of participants, or other operational reasons.

You may book the Services by any method designated by us.

For bookings made through our website, reservation form, or any other booking channel controlled by us, the contract shall be formed at the time we send a booking confirmation or when payment is completed, whichever timing we designate.

For bookings made through an external platform, the contract shall be formed in accordance with the procedures specified by that platform.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, contact details, number of participants, emergency contact information, health or safety-related information, and any other information we request. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by you.

If a person under 18 years of age (a minor) books or uses the Services, they must obtain the consent of their legal guardian and satisfy any participation conditions separately specified by us, including, without limitation, accompaniment by a parent or guardian, submission of a parental consent form, or any other conditions designated by us.

The fees for the Services shall be the amounts displayed on our website, application page, or external platform, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods and payment timing shall be as specified in the booking channel or application page.

We may revise our fees upon prior notice or announcement. However, for bookings already confirmed, the fee shown at the time of booking shall apply.

For bookings made through channels controlled by us, cancellations shall be governed by the cancellation policy separately displayed by us.

For bookings made through an external platform, the cancellation policy of that platform shall apply.

Requests to change the date or time of participation will only be accepted if made within the deadline separately specified by us and only if such change is possible subject to availability and other conditions.

We may cancel or change an event due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, emergencies, infectious disease outbreaks, transportation disruptions, venue issues, governmental guidance, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the handling of participation fees shall be governed by our cancellation policy as separately specified.

If we cancel an event for our own reasons, we will refund the participation fee in full. Any refund shall be limited to the participation fee actually received by us and shall not include transportation costs, accommodation expenses, or any other incidental or related costs. For bookings made through an external platform, the rules of that platform may apply.

Participation in the Services is generally intended for individuals aged 18 or older. If a person under 18 years of age participates, they must satisfy such conditions as we separately specify, including accompaniment by a parent or guardian, prior written consent, or any other conditions designated by us.

You must arrive at the venue by the scheduled start time of your booking. If you arrive late, we may refuse participation or restrict mid-session entry due to warm-up, safety instructions, or event operation. Whether any refund is available in such cases shall be determined in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy or our separate rules.

You are responsible for confirming your own health condition, physical fitness, medical history, and any injuries before participating in the Services. We may refuse your participation if we determine that safe participation is difficult due to illness, injury, fever, being under the influence of alcohol, lack of sleep, or any other condition.

If you have any medical condition, past injury, allergy, or any other matter requiring safety consideration, you must notify us in advance. We shall not be responsible for any disadvantage, loss, or damage arising from a failure to make such disclosure.

You must follow the instructions of our staff, venue managers, and any safety rules, venue rules, manners, or other directions established by us.

The following conduct is prohibited:

1. 1. harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, nuisance behavior, threats, or violence toward other participants, staff, or third parties;
2. 2. intentional or grossly negligent damage to facilities, equipment, or property;
3. 3. dangerous conduct, reckless play, or any conduct that interferes with safe event operation;
4. 4. unauthorized business solicitation, sales activities, religious activities, or political activities;
5. 5. conduct that violates laws or public order and morals; or
6. 6. any other conduct we deem inappropriate.

If you violate any of the above, we may terminate your participation without refund, require you to leave the venue, and/or refuse your future participation.

You may take photographs or videos for personal record purposes only. However, if you photograph, record, or publish any content that may identify another participant, including their face, appearance, or voice, you must obtain that person's prior consent.

We may take photographs or videos during events for record-keeping, publicity, advertising, or other purposes separately specified by us.

Photographs or videos taken by us may be used on our website, social media accounts, advertisements, promotional materials, or other media. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image used, please notify our staff before the event begins. However, complete exclusion may not always be possible in group scenes or other situations where individual handling is difficult.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure participant safety, the Services involve sports activities and therefore carry risks including, without limitation, injury, physical contact, falls, worsening of physical condition, and other related risks. You understand and accept these risks and participate at your own responsibility. You are encouraged to obtain sports accident insurance or similar coverage at your own discretion where necessary.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, we shall be liable for damage to your life or bodily injury caused by our willful misconduct or negligence.

With respect to any other loss or damage, we shall not be liable, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, for:

1. 1. loss or damage arising from your own physical condition, medical history, injuries, chronic conditions, or similar personal circumstances;
2. 2. injury or damage caused by your own carelessness, violation of rules, or failure to follow staff instructions;
3. 3. disputes between participants;
4. 4. loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings; or
5. 5. interruption, change, or cancellation of the Services due to communication failures, system failures, weather, transportation issues, venue circumstances, or any other cause not attributable to us.

Even where we are liable for any other loss or damage, our liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the relevant Services, excluding damage to life or bodily injury. However, this limitation shall not apply where we acted with willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where such limitation is not permitted under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan (Shouhisha Keiyaku Ho) or other applicable laws.
